The last journal to which I submitted  Quantum Nonlocality... has been Annalen der Physik, where in 1905 Einstein published his work on a similar topic without hindrance. Unfortunately, although I did it already in  2007, I have not received a review until today. As soon as I get it, I will make it available here. I am still waiting because I hope that I am dealing with serious people.
